Our Department has a long history of excellence in patient care, key contributions to anesthesia research, and outstanding resident training. This Department is unique as the DFW area is the largest metropolitan area in the country with only one residency training program. This environment allows our residents to benefit from a wide and rich variety of surgical cases that is difficult to match anywhere in the nation.
